Nine days after " 4/20" where BLumOak had a record day of sales.........

the company decided to borrow another 500,000 from Dominion that is due upon demand or 7/31/2016.

Now that 1.3 million do by July 31th.......in dilution terms how many shares will be needed to pay that off?

I wonder if there is any relationship between :

Dominion Capital and Magna and Hanover and.......... BMAK market maker?
