You miight find this point interesting. Mr. Harris was dismissed from the BBAN suit WITHOUT prejudice. A dismissal WITHOUT prejudice means you can turn right back around and sue him again. That indicates to me that not only did he get out of that lawsuit, but also that he didn't have to pay anything to GET OUT of that lawsuit. When you pay money to get out of a suit, you ALWAYS include in the release that there will be a dismissal WITH PREJUDICE so when it's over, it's over.
