if ALO-02 is approved will it not have exclusivity?

I lack your expertise in this area, but, of course, I'm happy to express an opinion. ALO-2 will have exclusivity for their innovation, which is separate from the innovation of the ELTP 2 bead system, and each innovation is covered by its own series of patents. 505b2 simply allows Elite to piggyback off Pfizer safety data without their approval or permission. Pfizer would still have exclusivity for their innovation, and Elite will also have exclusivity for their innovation.

There you have it. My opinion plus $1.50 will get you a ride on the bus.
