Lol. The 2.50 rule exists to protect brokers from taking on too much risk. It is each brokers own decision to enforce it or not. ETRADE , TD, scottrade, enforce this. However, Most prop firms and offshore brokers do not smile oh and I guarentee they're not short selling from etrade ... Berlin .. cough cough .
