Sunvault energy has a significant ownership of the license for the technology (EESD battery & Graphene plastics) that Dr. Robert Murray-Smith and Sunvault has developed. I learned this after joining in with the last Webinar that Sunvault had last month. Edison Power has wanted to gain control of SVLT because of the license that Edison Power has with them. This is because both were working on the Graphene technology so when Dr. Robert Murray-Smith joined as a director, SVLT has funded his R&D and paid for the patent process. If you listen to Dr. Robert Murray-Smith's last You Tube Video posted on May 12 you can hear him state that the investment in SVLT is as valuable as investing in Edison Power. You can also contact Gary Monaghan to verify this.
