VOIL has assets in Paradox Basin now. They had a press release announcing producing wells with a nice reserve report. Looks like diversifying away from just their Western Utah prospect and picking up acreage with all stock on the cheap.

Energy Drilling was the drilling company involved with a lawsuit about the Lone Pine well that found "traces of oil". But Energy Drilling lost lawsuits from other Operators and filed for bankruptcy before VOIL could get a judgement.

I would rather them have a simple office than some of those extravagant offices we saw ie Enron.....
