From Hyper Thin asks of Level2 we can tell that the majority of the FIXED Tiny float available for trading (totally less than 100M shares) are held very tightly by those strong hands who bought those dirt cheap 0.000x shares at 0.0007 ~ 0.0002 recently! Which is why the asks are such Thin now!
