I'm not sure how you do your DD BUT:
1. TA is not gagged as you have been informed of and apparently haven't taken the time to call the transfer agent. They never give out information. It's their policy. That's different than a gagged TA where they are told by the company not to give out information. Not the case here.
2. THERE IS NO CONVERTIBLE DEBT..... NEVER HAS BEEN.....NEVER WILL BE.
sheesh.. where do you people get your information????
3. JNSH won the lawsuit AND THE APPEAL. Now we're just waiting for costs and damages to be awarded.
