I completely agree with you... actually it is borderline ridiculous, you're not going to get an argument from me on that front... as I stated on a number of occasions, I think it is pathetic that they have not filed yet but more importantly that we are left out in the dark...

That being said... until we get the information we need from the filing and CC, I think it is unfair to pull the scam and criminal allegation card... none of us have a clue what is happening behind the scenes... as far as I know, this hasn't happened before so I am personally willing to give Craig and $KAYS the benefit of the doubt this time...

Not defending anyone or defending the company but I don't think it is in investors best interest to put the cart in front of the horse here with hypothetical allegations... cooler heads always prevail... Just hope we get some transparency here sooner than later!..
