Contrary to all the nonsense---there are a few REAL concerns.The subscription documents clearly state that the only payment accepted is "currency" yet "payment" of millions was accepted in the form of note payable----how in the world is this accepted payment ?pay for debt with an IOU ?!---MILLIONS MORE IN THE FORM OF "EQUITY"---every --repeat EVERY (100%) of the past i-hub "equity swaps" i have watched here involves a huge pile of someone elses illiquid/worthless equities----so,when a company states they are selling bonds to fund operations----how do IOUs and equity fund operations ?
