This is my take on the resignation of Jim Pekarsky. Though I can't back-up my opinion with facts, I sense Pekarsky lost out in a power struggle with the co-founder. In other words, with the stock getting pounded Pekarsky was forced out by the Board of Directors who weren't happy with his performance. I actually think this will be a positive for BPMX.
