I agree in many aspects with what you said. But I would be stunned by new management unless someone buys the drug. Because even with mediocre management, this should go. The drug is worth a lot and they will make a ton of money with it. Getting to phase 1 shouldn't be that hard. But in much agreement. But that is typical down here. So saying the management could be better or is somewhat greedy applies to almost any stock, especially OTC
