to even be able to short any OTC ticker one must live down in my neck of the world & then have enough funds in an account/bank so that they will be willing to help out on the $2.50 rule & of course loan one the shares & yes it is enforced.
only one verifiable shorting force that calls them as they do them in the OTC the last 5 years or so
GLTA it may or may not be needed but the probability is high it will be
