Take a deep breath everyone. The period for the TSA to order from the $162 mil IDIQ was just extended, BY TSA NOT IMSC. It was expiring on 5/10 and is now open until October. The 1170 units were previously ordered. This is as close to a guarantee that TSA is adding to the 1170 order. Ask yourself, why extend if you have no intention of buying.
