From what I have read, its still not a done deal to re-schedule to 2. Still a few hurdles to go through before the DEA changes it. I'm with you that it should be changed long ago, but the wheels of government turn really slow. Almost like turning a battleship.
What I read is that the DEA will make a decision by the end of June. They speculate it will be changed, but who knows.
