Rookie and all $KAYS posters... For the record... I am just as upset and fed up... I still find it hard to believe after Goodbuddy's emails, my emails and I'm sure others to Craig, he still hasn't filed the K and issued some sort of transparency PR... I am very concerned with my investment... friend of mine who own more than me are concerned with their investment... Regardless of the current health of the company or financial position, I believe it is only fair to the shareholders that the company files their paperwork so we know what is going on...

However... to speculate on who, what, where, how or when is unsophisticated, speculative and premature considering there has been ZERO transparency...

After the K is issued and we get a CC, it will be a completely different ballgame!
