I would advise no action. For a munchkin like me; I say all in!
My buys won't drive the price up...but a timely sell will send the pps soaring!
A large player will not have my previously mentioned luxury...

If I am wrong- chances are 1-99% - I have an out....I am ruthless....I will win this one....
My wisdom says I will not waste my time entering such a predicament in the future, but I will follow through with what I have started until it is finished.

How creative can they be?
On 2/24/2016. Increase rev projection (~40%), $5m debt tranche, with an acquiring customer base that is "going live" at an improved pace. What happens in 30 days that could cause a negative out of nowhere? Without any material merited information that is contrary to the ceo comments?

My worse case is a new hobby! I go after them and learn what it takes to take down a public company as a sole and individual retail investor!
That is why I said I advise no action....I may be required to take on a new hobby....it's always a possibility.....lose it all!
