I do ask people to back things up and in most cases I am the one ignored. I largely rely on SEC filings to back up my claims.

In this particular case, I am making a general observation that a single prospect may contain more than a single well.

Since the contract details with direct investors are not public information, there is no way to know what additional rights or privileges apply on any given prospect.

It was in response to your guesses involving potential ROI for direct investors. Without public information available to examine, how can anyone know what the conditions are any given prospect?
