GUYS, the offer is a real offer from a real company. The technology in this deal is also real, proven and highly distributive. I believe the tech is also worth much more than the one billion dollar offer IF the company is properly capitalized. Question is, what are the terms of this deal? We will know soon. Think about if the company got their 2000 wells installed with our tool.. That's 30$ or so per day per well, which is about 60k a day, over 20 million a year with just 2000 wells. Think about other company's with tens of thousands of wells that are capped and claimed dry with no other alternative. The company NuTech had an obligation to its shareholders to release this information and it was in no way shape or form a pr to hype the public. It was mandatory for them to release the information. Let's hope the next few weeks show us what the terms look like and pray this closes. GLTA
