Correct, SandRidge Energy creditors have chosen to waive any and all penalties and sanctions that could trigger a default. To date, SandRidge Energy has not defaulted on any of it debt covenants and is either in compliance or has been granted additional time to regain compliance.

Honestly, there really is no meat in this filing either positive or negative. The company is just stating the reason why they are late in filing their quarterly. This is just a formal filing stating their reasoning
