They've called their supposed suitor by two different names in the two press releases: first "TechnoInvest Oil & Gas LTD", and then "Techno Invest LTD".

The only Russian company I can find that has a similar name is "Technoinvest Alliance", which appears to be in the rare earths business.

So I'm inclined to believe this whole story is fantasy.
