The 10K clearly shows part of the strategy of acquisitions is to give the management an "exit" they may not have been able to have otherwise. Sure we'd like to retain talent, but we can't keep all the bosses... To me he stayed through the transition and left. Bye Bye- later. Why's he matter? Not like he was some genius world renowned Solar guy, he built a decent business and sold it, we bought it and will grow it from there. Done. Them not explaining it makes even more sense to me...
