It's not even worth talking about because 2 simple facts prevail over all the BS pumping. Look up NBRI on OTCmarkets.com = SEC REPORTING - DELINQUENT , look up Ruby Mine Mine ID 0403107 on msha.gov = ABANDONED - SINCE 11/18/15.

Two simple facts, there is no NBRI and the is no Ruby Mine. Period, end of discussion.
