As a whole with treatment they might be cheaper, but vs. just the medication and just the therapy alone for similar times they are much higher.

Option 1:
$100/hr let's say 24 weeks (6 months) = $2400 + medication for that time is really cheap ($150 on the high side, but most can swing it in a lower dosage) = $900. Total? $3300 for 6 months of treatment.

Option 2:
Shots. Less complications I imagine and people are more comfy with an injection than minor surgery and implants. $1200/ shot x 6 months = $7200 + $2400 for the therapy = $9600 for 6 months of treatment.

Assumes they show up is the problem. But are the # of no shows enough to offset the extra $6k in costs I think it is...
