Stella - maybe one should read the article today about PHOT recent multiple false statements, including in SEC filings. I doubt PHOT will do much with OSLH, IMO.

It also mentions the massive debt.

Not sure if even a letter of intent for OSLH's Go Green will mean anything more than to help with dumping of shares.
