Because people are unwilling to sell their shares for cheap! It takes news to move us, but the optimism is apparent by the fact that people do not have hardly any limit asks on the table...

Most penny stocks have numerous limit asks out there because people are looking for a profit and then to move on!

In this case people are holding their shares likely because they know the ceiling here is much bigger than a typical stock and are willing to wait it out.

Say we get the big news this week... I bet L2 stays thin. I bet people hold their shares even when this goes to $0.10 or $0.20.

This is not your typical penny stock. I am holding for dollars. My forecast is north of $2.00 within 18 months. I do not see another stock out there that can even come close to that potential...
