Marc,

Medical device market is certainly dominated by major players.

I'd only have interest as a major player if the device was groundbreaking and/or have the potential to disrupt sales/revenues of a similar product I was selling.

While I certainly wouldn't be opposed to buyout, I don't see that happening at the outset here.
