Certainly if they wanted to "shake old investors out" shouldn't they have done that sub penny? We are holding tons of gains, the longer they wait the more they'll have to pay, as the stock just keeps climbing....

Doesn't really make sense to try to shake them out AFTER gaining 1000%???
