Yes your right, until they merge they don't own the rights. So they must wait to finalize the merger and then they will announce the license they hold, they did not need to patent the technology because the Japanese hold the patent harmonic energy holds the licensing for the Western Hemisphere, once they acquire harmonic energy they will acquire the license. They have not patented any Tire technology because they did not create any and do not hold any patents or licensing for tire technology I keep reminding people that they were a Plastics Company who wanted to get into tires at the time all they process are Plastics but soon that will change with the acquisition of harmonic energy they will then have everything they need to move into the tire world and will be the most powerful force in tire recycling everybody will go to them.
