By legal definition, the Cottonwood well is the holder of the well site and its legally assigned and hbp acreage. Putting the other well on that site would not be permit qualified. If in Texas, that permit would be issued by TRRC, and only after survey lines and field rules were approved. I believe that there is no doubt a lie or misleading statement is in evidence.
