Therefore if the sellers are nervous, then let me help ease their nerves and take their shares at .01 then we both can sleep at night.
I am only trying to be a Good Samaritan...
Not often in life will you find someone like me that is trying to help them in the event the financials are not good.
If they refuse my offer then they have no one to blame, but themselves should things not work out.
I am only here to help them find the exit door at .01
