Very well put Whatworld for that is exactly the leverage that ARTH needs and is the reason they are incessantly accumulating more patents. These patents are the building blocks to the future and by putting all their ducks in a row not just for science but for defense is what I think they are trying to do. Meaning, the more applications they create utilizing ARTH's technology with their ravenous wants for patents, the harder it will be for any larger company to come in and swallow ARTH. But in hind sight, I think this method of theirs will build such a diamond in the ruff that it will take a lot for an acquirer to take on which could lead possibly to ARTH going in the path of licensing AC5 and that IMO could lead to much more benefit to the company and it's shareholders. Just my own opinion but it's nice to read their PR's and to see where this is going.

I am really looking forward to see their path to success. I also hoping that it saves many future patients a lot of suffering with this new technology - GLTU and all longs who have the guts to hang out for the long run
