No... just management and insiders... ROTFLMAO!!!... sweet dilution by the people that run this garbage... insiders know their company better than anyone... if they are selling and don't believe in their company, why should anyone in the right mind?... stock trading 101...

If you do a little DD you will find this has occurred a number of times in the past with this scam!... Lots of skeletons in the $TRTC closet... they simply know how to re-package shi% by using smoke and mirrors to validate their pathetic dilution tactics... The scary part is that naive greedy investors buy into it...
