IMO this P&D was orchestrated by Janon Costley, Adrian's new partner. Costley has a history of P&D's as long as your arm.This wasn't his best effort but if he thinks investors are still half interested he will be back for more loot.This is a game he is really good at and always wins.You can be 100% guaranteed he is watching this board and waiting to make his next move.They will try another P&D followed by a R/S and then run it back to.0001.Don't know how they get away with it but apparently it's all within the SEC regulations.In reality there is little if any regulation.
