Since 12:04 it's been a long, careful slowly descending price range as buy percentage gets very slowly weaker.
With today looking so very much like other recent PR days, I now believe CPST holds these PRs until price gets too low and then issues the PR.
I'll need to go check and see if that holds water or I'm just overly cynical.
