One thing that always happens in reverse mergers (like transaction that Markray went through recently - from gold producing to laundry holding company) is name&ticker change and reverse split - to "dry clean" dirty history, reduce number of authorized shares, and cut franchise tax. Maybe that's what some RVBR shareholders anticipate now. This company has done this many times. Just a guess...
