I feel I should advise you that a poster from IHUB and Raging Bull has made some very serious claims regarding HTDS that could prove to be legally difficult. Before I forward this information to the SEC, I wanted to give you an opportunity to respond to the claims made by this person.

The posters alias is chumbawumba3, and he has identified himself as "Rob". He/she is located in Ridgewood New Jersey.

This person claims to have made a private investment in HTDS of as much as $241,000 and to own at least 15 million shares. Can you verify this person is a private investor?

Further, this person claims to have a deal with YOU and HTDS, and that "my payment is to be worked out at a later time" (his/her words - not mine). Can you verify that this person has such an agreement with HTDS or with you?

Perhaps you didn't know, this person also claims to have copies of patents HTDS claims to have. Can you verify that this person has been given copies of the patents?
