I'll take that back!!! It is the 10Q that they have to file 45 days after end of quarter. for 10K they have 90 days or sooner. most of the blue chips file by 45 days!!! Extensions are always allowed. it is either 10 or 15 days. 10K including extensions is 90 days (I believe)!!
