Well the simple answer is that there is no money in it for JB and his crew of insiders. The quick and easy money for JB and C.J. Condom
and the other insiders is issuing themselves massive amounts of
stock for some phantom service they provided to the company.

Making & selling a product and providing all the other services that go along supporting the business, the customers and employees is a lot of work for very little money
