From the interview, it was clear that Mr R. said (several times) that he was awaiting notice on his filings and this would happen by the 28th. Mr R. could be getting this email or fax right now and would halt trading. It will trade under the new symbol at no later than the 1st. Confusion arises because of questions regarding when the stock could be traded at new supposed $15 and he was adamant about the 1st. However, he mentioned that there were things at that point beyond his control as to execution (transfer agents, brokers, etc). However, he expected that part to go very smoothly. Did anyone else hear anything different?
