debtors are proposing a 7 day objection window to the fourth plan....ust has stated rules require a 28day window but defers to the judge on determining the appropriate timeline...she will allow the 7day window..

...if there are no objections , they can file a cert of no objection and judge will sign it.

...if there are objections... hearing on the 23rd.


they are now moving on to issues with ARC....
