Do sales of a company or parts of a company have to be disclosed via 8k? Just like there are 8k to announce something, isn't one required when a part of a former 8k is changing or dissolving? In the case of go green hydroponics should there be a 8k announcing sale or whatever the transaction was from osl holdings to PHOT?
