this company is a total disaster

they never should have gone public - and ruined investors lives

nor did they have the goods to make application to the NASDAQ

they are completely broke and are totally reliant on death spirals

to the point where the toxics now have majority control via voting rights

and they have failed repeatedly to monetize any assets whatsoever that they do have on the books

or are seeking to move them off the account ledger

we demand to know what is going on with this company

what is their business plan - show it to us in writing

and ultimately, how will they achieve success for their shareholders
