Could you take a look at FHAL and give me your opinion?

I believe you have a good understanding of shell stocks and I just dont believe the BS that is being told to people by the CEO. He is saying the stock will reopen under a new ticker and be traded @ $15 after the merger is official.

Any insight would be greatly appreciated.
