I also think he may have violated some securities regulations in there by disclosing things that weren't public information, such as where institutional bid support would show up, planned spinoffs, etc.
He clearly violated the Investment Advisors act of 1920 by offering txprincess a guarantee and advising shareholders to "buy the crap out of it" AND advise people to request their physical certificates.

Reverse mergers aren't something new, we all know that, but nobody has seen one quite like this. I'd have more faith in this if someone like Keating or even Cornnell was involved, not someone with a trail of failed companies behind them and a former associate in jail.

If the SEC has received complaints, which I'm sure they have by now, there is a risk they might halt and not open CVSU for trading until they are fully satisfied everything is above board.
