Normally I would agree with you. Here I don't. NuTech got this offer weeks ago. From what I know, they refused to put it out until they did enough due diligence about the company offering. They also had lawyers get advice from regulators about their obligation to post this news. They had no choice.

According to who I talked with, this is a bonafide offer from an entity with the ability to close. Management fought to not release this until it became clear they had no choice.

WHY DO YOU THINK THE ANNOUNCEMENT IS SO SHORT AND VANILLA?
