bobba, I already gave my opinion on a reverse split.

It is neither good nor bad. It is neutral.

It is what happens AFTER a reverse split that matters. If at that moment you do not have a price support then the increased, PPS due to the split, leaves more room to be shorted down.

So all will depend what the revenue of Avid will be and if PPHM can finance things with it WITHOUT issuing more shares via the ATM.

And by the way, all those busy with that shareholders lawsuit (if there still is anybody working on it) would better invest their time to tell PPHM that an ATM shelve was approved by shareholders based on the at that moment outstanding shares and that with a reverse split PPHM must SPLIT the shelve too.

That is a condition that should be part of ANY REQUEST for RS and it should be officially notified to PPHM.

Then at least one possible cause of dilution after RS is cancelled out.
