Yes they were very well prepared. The $.29 print yesterday shows how well prepared they were. This idea that they negotiated something with fda is just more dot connecting, off-hand comments. have you seen any of these commitments in writing? Do they even exist? What I do know is that pphm has failed its basic fiduciary duties. Any company who must raise all their capital via atm should be doing anything and everything to increase the share price (legally). It is their currency.
