No idea, this thing is bizarre. I've seen tremendous volume on this thing and it doesn't budge then here we go, 75k shares and it's gone up. There is nothing out there on this "company" but apparently they changed their name to Scimedent health Corp. a while back they had a website and I called but it was just to place orders for dental kits and products relating to dentistry. Who knows, could shoot up one day but I wouldn't bet it's anything other than a P&D.
