I think a deal is at works and ER is taking spec out .. Perhaps in 4 weeks .. If we don't get a deal by mid June , then they could not secure a good buyer for pipeline and makes sense to lighten up position above 40 cents

It all boils down to you valuation for popeline and lawsuit ..

I think pipeline is worth $150M .. No one really knows for sure till a deal is announced .. I am holding here
